Came across many times to blog about things that happen and give my point of opinion but after typing them out decide against it. (spare the boredom)

For those of you that know I was working well, I have stopped working since last Friday and officially a full time student back again. (since before this I was having a full time job made me a part time student).

I am going to cut the story short as I can go on and on. To sum up what the entire 2 months have been it would be things may not be as it seems. Yes I have my fair share of talking and complaining about work but every cloud has a silver lining and I must say that this was a boring 2 months but yet I have learned so much in other areas. (Nopes not work if you are wondering!)

My days in the World's Local Bank has come to end. Those that knew I was working there ask me whether I would consider returning and my answer is my options are open. (I will show pictures taken on my last day of work later) Yes my colleagues treat me a couple of times and during my last day I was showered with gifts and food. Always felt like a little gal in the working world. Guess that is how they see me as well. (which has its advantage and disadvantage as well)
On a more personal note. I challenge a friend to be a blessing even when its really difficult and to bless someone everyday even when your mind and body tells you, not in the mood or when the days are spelled as DISASTER. Of course I didn't just talk I did it myself to be fair. Outcome : I have to say that I received more than I gave. Been blessed in ways that I never thought off.

Just an elaboration on the facebook post. Horrible hair cut. A total rip off. My advice people don't go to Miko - Wangsa Maju if you tell me its because a student cut my hair well, the 'teacher' cut most of it (Showing she is not that good also, one side longer than the other) coz the fella- the student hardly cut my hair more like playing with my hair and I really felt like a specimen.

NO more second round. Unless you wanna a life time experience of sitting in a chair for 3 hours that is long enough to give you a good hair treatment as well instead of getting back aches and neck pains from sitting in the still position for long. Torture. The longest time I ever sat in the same position. My friends have been nice saying don't worry doesn't look too bad but my lil brother and dad who has been the supporters of me being in short hair just laugh and gave the expression that its bad. What a way to welcome me home!

Shall stop here. Will post the pictures later (nopes not the hair).

Wow... I can't believe it. I just read my sister's blog and its something I just want to say the same about last Saturday's Service. Guess she puts it better in words.

They always say plan plan plan. That's exactly what I did. But my plans never go the way I want it to go. There was some miscommunication about the conference tickets so I don't get to see Tony Blair after all. Probably the only reason that makes me all excited to go.

Won't be stopping by Dubai after my semester in the UK.

Argh..... well, now that I have lots of other plans ahead I am just reminded about this "In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps." or should I say that God reminded me of it.

Worry, anxiety and the things I want to achieve and the other hundred and one stuff is all mixed up in my little mind and its not helping at all that I have an average brain processor. Not that is of help anyway when things are beyond my control. So much of being in the reins and wanting to take charge.

Just trying my level best not to catch the flu bug that has plagued the office since I entered and also my home. Sick people stay away.... Don't know how long my defense system can function~!

A coin has two sides. So does things in life. Well and so sometimes we only think there is one side to the coin if we just stare at the same side without turning it over. Basically, in every situation there is always two sides as well. Yes most stuff has bad sides to it and of course there is their plus sides to it.
Grumbling about an issue is just the same as seeing one side of the circumstances without turning over to the other side and overlooking the little things in life that leaves you feeling that you are worth something.
Easier said then done. Humanly speaking I think most of us tend to look at one side of the coin and never turning to the other side. Even when we see good stuff we never turn to the other side to see the negative side. Which in my opinion we should always look both sides and be happy as the good and bad side of things brings value.
Shall not use bad things as an example as I think most people has no problem dwelling on the negative side of life and feeling EVER depressed about it however dwelling on the things that you think are good but never looking at the bad side could spell disaster as well. Eg. Thinking you have found a good fortune as you landed with a huge salary package. What could happen rite? But that could mean in the bad side that you'll have to sacrifice time and also maybe your principles. So therefore, its after you look at both sides and come with a conclusion not just on decisions but circumstances that's what and how it should be.
Hmmm... I have been working for a month and the half and I will be leaving the place which I am pretty much adjusted to. That will be a blog on its on. I think I have been saying that I will blog about this and that but sometimes I realise I never come round to do it. Not that I don't... I do just that once I type them on the Word File then after reading them again several days later when I get my internet connection it somehow doesn't feel so 'suitable' to be on the blog so I just leave it in my Hard Drive.
Anyway, just a little updates which I hope will bring more life to the blog. (My blog has been a lot about my feelings lately. Boring stuff!) Hopefully the next few events in life will bring some excitement to my routinal day and also the blog.

Would probably love to write more but I think I should be preparing for this Sunday's Test and also finishing up my homework Assignments. Sighz.... Financial Strategy. Still can't fall in love with you yet...

(Funny that city people goes to the countryside to see the city)
(Where we ate. Don't go there for the food. Nothing to shout about)

Basically, it has been a really good week.

I receive a message from Mr.XP that Kah Hong has accepted Christ. (Hope you guys don't mind me telling it here). Anyway tracing back to the first prayer meeting since I came back to college. (Wanted to blog about this earlier but could not find the time) We broke into smaller groups and I ended up being in the same group with Kah Hong and Andrea. If you know Kah Hong well, he just loves to 'cha' me. That's not the point but when he prayed that day I could feel the sincerity in the prayer he prayed and it really refreshed and touch me that he inspired me to strive more in my walk with God. Amazing prayer that so simple yet so powerful. So yups Kah Hong my inspiration. x)

I receive another message this week on Friday from my friend since primary school and she told me she accepted Christ. Quoting what she said. "It is all jumbled up in me but exhilarating at d same time. It is nuts.." "Everything seem new to me. Strange.." Have to agree with her that even though I have accepted Christ for quite some time I still feel the same. Didn't tell her that though.

AMAZING news of the week!! =) Welcome to the family!

Yes the past one week has been really good. I call it a week of catching up and talking with friends I haven't been for a long while. Catch up with a friend on Tuesday night as I mentioned in my earlier post. (see A month (Part 1)) I was rushing out to 'makan' with two good friends. Finally I manage to eat steamboat while I am still in campus. Never had the chance in my past 4 years plus in college. That was a cockroach in Johnny's where we were eating. BAD!!! but it was great to be able to not only catch up with my two good friends but also their the other halves.

Had a great weekend Megan came down to KL. Great to see her after 4 months. (see Time Out) when to Ampang Lookout point for dinner. Nice scenery and it was really good to have Megan back. Hope she comes back to KL!!

BACK TO FSCC!!! Just in case you are wondering what's FSCC, its the church I am attending. After more than a month of church hoping finally able to be back in my home church and its there is nothing better than home sweet home. I think that says it all. =) Can't wait till all this crazy lifestyle is over and I can be back to my home church.

Dinner was good. Superb company that made it great. Walk two hours round hostel. Hmm... I did most of the talking as usual.... Only she has such patience to listen.... It was a spontaneous thing not something pre-planned but good exercise. Miss the night walks round hostel that I used to have.

So yups it was like back to my life in college all over. How I miss those times... No point groaning on something I can't change so going to rise up to the challenge ahead!!! By the way if you e-mail/facebook/sms me and I don't reply its because its been a really crazy time.... Work and studies leaves me hardly any time sometimes when I have the time sometimes I forget to reply. My sincere apologies. =)

Ok its late and I should not be spending treasured time blogging. Thanks everyone for EVERYTHING!! =) (what will I do without friends and family)

Okies.... remember if you read Part 1 and you could not follow or thought it was lame. Don't bother reading Part 2. =)

Well, back to where I left off. The flow of thoughts is not coming though. I shall start with the most interesting thing in office that I do. I love reading the blogs on the intranet. I actually look forward to reading them each day especially on days when there is nothing to do. Recently found them on the intranet. They have all the blogs of the CEO's of the different countries. Not too bad but nothing fascinating. Then I happen to stumble upon another Head of some Department's (some international guy) blog very interesting and got me addicted till I read it all in just a day. Then he links another person blog in his blog an 'ang mo' that is based in the UK (Wow!!!!) I had a time of my life reading his blog. Very interesting person. I think if I ever get to meet him I have so many things to talk to him about. Well articulated writer and the best part is he loves sports.... Seeing things in his perspective was good. Made me envy the things he do. Wouldn't mind his job! Sounds interesting!!!

Two quotes which I read from the blog reading which I have found very inspiring
Think about what you are doing and not how you are doing
If you do what you've always done, you will get what you've always had

There are a lot more interesting quotes but didn't manage to save them so I can't remember how they go.

So far the experience has been good. Although in terms of learning for knowledge wise not so much, I think its a great place to polish my soft skills. I can't remember what else I am suppose to write about work and the one month process. So I shall end here. To sum up the one month has been tiring, challenging and unexpected. Good or bad? Depends on which angle I look at. Looking forward to waking up at 7am instead of 5 something in the morning.... Till then....... :p

Its going to be a boring post so I encourage you if you are not interested in my ups and downs to stop reading here. This will be about my month long time at work. Can't believe it ONE MONTH!

I would be a liar in saying that work has been awfully nice and I enjoyed it tremendously. Nopes it has its fair share of horribleness. Nevertheless to say I am quite surprised when I look back at the one month that has pass it was the little gestures that kept me going and really brightens up my whole day. When I get up in the morning and grudgingly drag my feet to work I am greeted with the smiles and the chitty chatter of the bus drivers. That really makes my whole day and quite happy going to work and then its the security guard that greets me each day with "Good Morning, How was your day/weekend?" or whatever else the moment I step into the building before even tagging my tag. Usually they will open it for me before I even tag it at the machine. (Mind you others have to tag on their own) Then coming out from the lift the moment I step on my floor the smiles on the guard that says "Good Morning, had your breakfast?" Hahaa the honour of being in the same floor with the CEO's and other Big Shots. Well then there is the cleaner who I talk too and yups she certainly cheers me up just by her light chatters. Such little gestures really changes my mood and my perspective in things.

I would be inhuman to say that I don't like the times where I get compliments from my boss and other managers which I does makes a difference or impact but the staff that really carried me through are the bus drivers, cleaners and also the security guards. I can't help but smile each time. Not to forget the Cafeteria Operator in the office that never forgets to ask me a few questions and always ends with "Enjoy your lunch!"

Well, things in office has been a little better I guess. I thank God for a friend that I talked with on Tuesday. I thought of catching up with the person but instead I think I bore the person with my frustrations. Pretty stressed out that day.

Coping with work and studies is still something I am getting use too. The discipline that needs to be built into my life. Very routine indeed. Can't wait for the end of May to come where the smell of freedom is around.

Just on a lighter note. We had a dept lunch yesterday came up to a whopping RM600++ and only 14 or 15 of us. Need to count but its roughly around there. Seriously now I am a little worried about my UK trip. Western food just doesn't blend well with my body. Nearly 'puked' in the train and was just rushing to get back to my room after work. Left on the dot. Suffered a whole day sacrifice the whole day of studying as well. How in the world am I going to enjoy the western food at such? I didn't eat much if that is what you were wondering. Just a slice of pizza. 2 mouths of pasta, some salad not much roughly around 4 spoons, a spoon of cake and 2 glasses of Ice Lemon Tea.

Anyway I really like my boss but I thought of stopping work in April instead of May which has been on my mind since I started working as it has really taken a toll on me. Just didn't know how to break the news to her and was actually thinking of telling her in the middle of April. Guess what? She walked in to my room pretty much concerned that I have enough light and also ventilation in the room. She talked with me casually and then after some little chatter she told me hey don't you need the time to discuss with your friends and lecturers questions you don't know? Then she told me if I plan to leave earlier its alright with her. She says at the end of the day she wants me to pass all my papers and that is more important. WOW!!! Prayer answered and I didn't even have to start it.

Ok I shall continue Part 2 later.... If you don't like Part 1 don't bother reading Part 2. Rushing to meet two important people in my life for dinner. Hehe! Its been a long long time.
