Got some exercise today. After so many weeks of not going for class it was quite a torture. The new class I went power attack was seriously challenging. 100 over push ups and another 50 over sit ups. An intense cardio class. A mixture of push ups, sit ups, and lots of running, jumping, squats. I like it though! Awesome.

Class is getting a little more taxing this semester. The lecturers are not helping at all. I find it such a struggle to actually understand what they are saying especially since I can't even concentrate in class. I guess its age that sets in these lecturers that causes it. They turn round and round, tell their stories which most of the time is not related and things that can be put across in 10 words takes them more then half an hour. I need patience....

On another note, trustworthy people is really hard to come by.
