As I write this I just don't know how to express my gratitude to the Lord. Indeed the Lord has been good to me. Just moments ago I checked my results for my past semester. Results has always been one things that kills all my nerves. I told the Lord that I will give thanks for whatever the results maybe and that no matter what each and every result is a blessing and its His grace that I am able to receive anything. As soon as I saw my results the first person I told was of course my dear mum who has always been the first to receive news of all my results since I can't remember when. After that I broke down in tears of gratefulness and thankfulness for the Lord's hand of favor. Indeed its much better then I expected it to be and I just want to give glory to the Lord for His grace on His servant. Words cannot express my feelings of how the Lord has been AWESOME to me not just in studies but in every single area of my life.
"Though I don't deserve them You gave" Thank You!

My very first post from my room in hostel. =)
Yups I am connected to the world in my room.
Well, updates from the run last Saturday. I DID IT!! 30 min. Pretty proud of myself and the whole group. We never expected to be so fast and it wasn't too bad. Could actually go on.
One word PRAISE be to God! Thank the Lord for the lovely weather. It was just what we prayed. Cloudy, no sun and not raining. Exactly the weather we needed. Mind you we ran at 9.35am.
When I was running, I felt that God was running alongside us. I thought I would be praying more for myself (for strength and endurance) during the run but I actually prayed for others. Things just came to mind and I started praying and actually having compassion as I prayed. Amazing how the Lord enable me to just pray. For the little section that we prayed may YOU be blessed.

“Be very careful never to forget what you have seen the LORD do for you, Do not let these things escape from your mind as long as you live! And be sure to pass them on to your children and grandchildren.” Deuteronomy 4:9

We are not better than our neighbours. We are not smarter or wiser. We are not in better health than others. Our struggles, successes and failures are the same. Yet we tell an old story that is always new; We are dead to sin- the divide between us and God is bridged in Christ- and we are alive to God through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:11)

Tell me the old, old story of unseen things above,
Of Jesus and His glory, of Jesus and His love.
Tell me the story simply, as to a little child,
For I am weak and weary, and helpless and defiled.

Tell me the old, old story, tell me the old, old story,

Tell me the old, old story, of Jesus and His love.

Tell me the story slowly, that I may take it in,
That wonderful redemption, God’s remedy for sin.
Tell me the story often, for I forget so soon;
The early dew of morning has passed away at noon.

Tell me the story softly, with earnest tones and grave;

Remember I’m the sinner whom Jesus came to save.
Tell me the story always, if you would really be,
In any time of trouble, a comforter to me.

Tell me the same old story when you have cause to fear

That this world’s empty glory is costing me too dear.
Yes, and when that world’s glory is dawning on my soul,
Tell me the old, old story: “Christ Jesus makes thee whole.”

Just came back from my First training clinic for run for the nation. They have been training for months and this is my first. Not too bad I will say. Completed around 7km up and down the Bukit Jalil Park. The people there were nice. Kenny Martin was good. He gave lots of tips. Looks like I am ready physically for the run. Spiritually? Well, that is another issue. Exactly one more week. =)

After a month not playing floorball it was a torture playing in UM. Only an hour plus an I am ready to quit. Since it has been quite some time though I was not feeling well I went down anyway so you can guess not well and running around doesn't sound good. :) But anyway I had a great time. Miss playing with the fellas. My arms ache today. Quite weird it never has before especially after floorball.

Anyways not here to complain to express my grumblings.

Well, over the holidays I did some travelling with my family to Pahang, Terengganu, Kedah, Perak, and also Penang. Was talking with my mum about work and all and then it came to where I might be able to work if I am placed outside of the city. Being a city girl for my whole life I am definitely going to a place where the hustle bustle of the city is around. Ask me to lead a quiet life? Gosh! that would be a torture.

The place MUST have a proper hospital, sports facilities, proper shopping malls, appropriate food, activities to keep a person entertain and cheap technology.

But if KL is not the place then well there are several places I might consider going. (Local not including overseas)
Taiping though is a land of food is definitely not on the list of possible places.
Kuantan and Penang are the current possible options.
