You are not who you think you are

Just spent my afternoon listening to Louie Giglio's message. I can still remember listening to him for the very first time at TSF, FGA entitled How Great is our God. If you ever think you are somebody, and you are something, just by listening to his sermons, you'll have a mind shift. Reminded of how small I am to how vast my God is. How is not just about me, me and more me. In a world that we are in, its so easy to be caught up to the affluent culture and not the abundant life that God has to offer. 
The one thing that stood out to me in his message at Passion 2013 conference is how we are always waiting on God. Waiting for His guidance, Waiting for HIM to provide, Waiting for an answer to know what career to take. What major to do. What house to buy. Where to serve and etc. But on the flip side it is GOD who is always waiting. He is waiting for His army to rise. Waiting for me to wake up and to start looking at the big picture. Waiting for me to start being part of His body that brings peace, hope and a future to this world that is in despair and broken.

Oh, this is why the world is where it is today. It is because of people like me who can't see outside of my own little box. Who's world is so confine to me and myself. O Lord enlarge my perspective, and break my heart for what break Yours.
