Finally a clean looking room. =) Its been a while since I had a chance to come back home and clean the room at home. Feel so proud of myself.

Well, one week of holiday left. Not much time left to train for Run for the Nation 2009. After last Saturday's briefing Val, Prem and myself decided its time for us to go for at least one of the training clinics before the run. Which will be this coming Saturday.

I think I can make it 5km in 30min. Well, another major run will be the Mizuno Wave Run 2009 and its 10km. (up and down hills) That should be tough especially for a person like me. Anyway might be going for the Putrajaya 12 hour walk in December. Yeah I know I am going a little crazy. Hehe! Don't know but I am really all excited. Not to forget the KL Floorball League starting this October.

Ever since I met this HOT instructor at the gym I am so motivated and inspired!! Sad thing is the instructor has left the gym for better opportunities. Anyways, wish me all the best~!!
