I am quite proud of myself. Last weekend I completed 10.5km and a much better timing compared to Shape Night Run. Of course it was rather disappointing because I spent more time breeze walking than actually running. (Not like Mizuono Wave Run in 2009). The track wasn't too bad but I couldn't take the dust and the many times we have to stop for cars, lorries and buses to cross. Imagine! In the middle of the run stopping for vehicles to cross. But well, I think I will give KL runs a skip next time. Too much construction and too many vehicles for my liking.
Can you believe it the tag line for Siemens Run 2011 is What are you running for. A catching one indeed. My colleague and I was just asking each other about what's the purpose of us running. Not going to hide but its for the goodie bag and the sense of satisfaction that I have conquer the track! However, ever since Runnat 2009, every time I run I am reminded to pray. So despite the hazardous fumes, it really was a fruitful pray run. Where else can be more strategic than KL and Putrajaya.
Managed to compete at 1 hour 25 mins. I am going to try to make it 1 hour 10mins the next time round! Its time to take out the running shoes and head to the gym!

Oh and guess how I rewarded myself? A week of no gym and lots of food. :) Well, the skin at the back of my lower part of the leg was peeled off thanks to my short socks. It hurts when my shoe hits again it but should be fine by this Monday and gym here I come.
Talking about food. It was like a food marathon this week. Seriously!!! Wednesday I had lunch with Bobby and ate Nasi Briyani with Chicken + Potato mixed chicken deep fried. Then we had department Birthday celebration and had secret recipe cake. My big boss treat us to Coffee bean drinks and had a regular Sunrise. Gosh was it so filling.
The very next day we had farewell lunch at El-Shaddai Fellowship (the bank's fellowship) for one of our colleague's who is retiring. Ate so much as well as the food was really good. I had dinner with Adris at a Steamboat buffet restaurant and again it was like throwing loads of food down.

By the time we reach there it was dark. No more prawns and crabs :(
That's not the end. Another buffet was awaiting on Friday. Department buffet lunch at Latest Recipe Le Meridien KL Sentral. By this time I was so stuffed up. Can't eat like I used to. Deserts were great but the rest of the food were just passing images as I just couldn't eat anymore. Avoided the Carbohyrdates and concentrated on the dishes instead. Fattening nevertheless. Its about RM100+ per person for the buffet and if you are one who loves food. Should probably go try it out.

Glad the eating spree is over. With the new Gym schedule out. Hopefully, I will have more time to work out the pounds I have gained. The sluggish feeling has set in and it means I have not exercise enough.
On another note, did my first mock exam today. It didn't go too well. Hopefully the real T4 exam won't be like this. I am really hoping I'll pass. A simple pass will do. CIMA examiners have mercy.
