What a bummer... what was supposed to be 2 weeks is now more than 1 month but I am really glad that we spend sweet moments right before MCO started and there's still technology to keep us connected. Interestingly, what we have learned in Pre-Marriage Course about Communication is tested right after learning about it. It has been challenging how we can communicate even when we are not able to meet each other in person. For me it has been good, it has forced me to be a better listener. With Zoom and Whatsapp it forces only one person to speak every time. We also learn how to share with each other and keep each other in on our lives through out this period. Putting aside my disappointment of another MCO extension, the ups of this MCO in terms of relationship are I get to do spend more time with him and also I get to do more things with him. We worked on fundraising and shopping for refugees, we work out together, we do daily devotions, I have done a sort of a videolog for him, I learned how to cook the Dinshaw's Curry Chicken, I get to know him more, hear his and be apart of his 2 songs, we worked on a song together to bless the Christian community, we watched movie together (yes! that's possible 'Jesus' an awesome musical!), I get to go for CG with him, we have explored "churches" together, he has joined me for SPTC worship, we get to do daily workouts together. I must say though that looking back, this MCO is a blessing in disguise. I am praying that it will really end... I do want to be out of the house. I want to go hikes together with him, do our outdoor exercise, go for eating adventures and perhaps to finally do gym together.

Face Mask for Hospital Ampang and Red Crescent. I now know Tailor and Stationary Suppliers. Quite an adventure

Lin's Cooks and Bakes Part 1

Lin's Cooks and Bakes Part 2

I'm not the only one trying new things this MCO. My dear is also learning how to cook! Whoo hooo!! So proud of him. The Sambal Chicken looks so goood.

I love our daily workout sessions. It is quite funny to watch the funny antics. hahaha...

Zoom meetings. Thank God for technology. I should schedule more meet ups to stay in touch with friends and colleagues. Maybe I should make intentional meet ups. Friendship is important!

My daily set-up after work. It helps me slow down my growing waistline. :(

Mummy's harvest! She's getting use to this and I must say doing a great job!

The face I look forward to. I thank God for this man that lights up my world. The next picture says it all. Thanks for cheering up with my go to snacks and Yoko Yoko and the lovely e-card =)

CG in the midst of MCO

Finally out of the house after 23 days locked in. Day 24 of MCO or was it Day 25?

Thankful that we could do a video. May we stay united even through the MCO

What I have realised during this MCO period, is that it is really easy to become self absorbed and self centered since we are cut off from the world but God calls us to be the light of the world. He ask us to be the salt of the earth. So while we are at home, it doesn't mean we should be inward looking but we should continue to reach out to show love, give home and bring joy. Not forgetting those closest to us and building relationship as at the end of the day, nothing matters other than eternity and relationship with people.

God count me in, in the things You are doing. Give me a willing heart to be used by You and cleanse me so that I can be a vessel that can be used by You. Let me run to and run for what really matters!
