Ever since HSBC days I've not done lunch with the cleaners at UOB. Finally after sitting in the bank for 2 years and 8 months, I move. Instead of the usual buying food for the cleaners for Raya, I took them out for lunch instead.
I've seen that it's the people who are simple that don't have much that simple pleasures make them happy. The rich keep needing more, wanting more, demanding more but they don't get happier. Just a simple lunch and they are thankful and grateful.
They come on time. They dress up. They don't demand. And they are happy that you brought them out and happily snap away lots of wefie.
I'm reminded to be thankful and grateful.
